I am niche therapist. Meaning I opt not to treat it all, but rather have honed my skills and practice to treat specific populations. My clients are high achieving, working in high demand careers or attending high demand schools. They may have a history of trauma that feeds this need to “be enough”, they may identity themselves by what they can achieve or deliver, and not by who they are.
My approach to therapy is more active and collaborative than traditional talk therapy. Rather than focusing solely on insight, we pay attention to the patterns — emotional, cognitive, and nervous-system-based — that keep you stuck, even when you “know better.”

My sessions are personal, thoughtful, and practical. We focus on helping you move out of survival mode and into a way of living that feels more sustainable, flexible, and grounded.
